Previously, I served as faculty in Organizational Psychology, undergraduate Management Chair, and instructor at the MBA and doctoral levels. These academic roles deepened my understanding of leadership, organizational behavior, and the learning journey at every stage. Today, I integrate that academic depth into my coaching and consulting work.
